What data we collect and why

The information you provide in the quote request form is used only to respond to your request and to plan your event. We process the following data:

• name, email address and phone number
• company or organiser (if you provide it)
• event location, date, number of guests and type of event
• the package you select and any free-form additional information

The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who the data is disclosed to

The form data is delivered to us by email through the Resend service, and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. These service providers process data on our behalf. Data may be transferred outside the EU, in which case the transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal safeguards. We do not sell your data or disclose it for marketing purposes.

How long the data is kept

We keep the data for as long as the quote request or a possible customer relationship requires, but no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Data related to bookkeeping is kept for the period required by law.

Cookies and statistics

The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are measured with the cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics service, which does not identify individual visitors and does not store cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, and to restrict or object to processing. You can exercise your rights by contacting [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
